I've wasted my day on trying supervise people, who are masters at avoiding actual work. If I only have a whip... The most frustrating part is, I would have probably done it faster by myself, but I'm not allowed. I'm suppose to "motivate" them to work, and it's just not something I'm (or probably anyone) capable of doing *bangs head against the wall*

I know how you feel... I hate work too - at the moment :-( Still, I'm lucky that I don't have to go back just yet.

It's not the work itself I have problem with. It's the people, that are suppose to work for me, but who are doing all they can to not actually work. And there isn't a thing I can do about it, because they just don't give a damn.
