I've wasted my day on trying supervise people, who are masters at avoiding actual work. If I only have a whip... The most frustrating part is, I would have probably done it faster by myself, but I'm not allowed. I'm suppose to "motivate" them to work, and it's just not something I'm (or probably anyone) capable of doing *bangs head against the wall*
try and focus on something to look forward to... *thinks*... like Ianto being back in a couple of weeks maybe ;)
