Last.fm and layout dilemma

So, anyone else using Last.fm?

I've just signed up and it already pisses me off. The pages load so slowly and with every other song I get "there was a problem with connection" message. Aaargh! Not to mention, that each album I was trying to play, wouldn't start with the first song, but somewhere in the middle of second one.
Right now I'm this close to give up on the whole thing. Looks like it's more trouble than useful. And yeah, I'm not the most patient person in the world...

On the LJ note - I think I may have to change my layout again. The icon table for my scifi100 challenge doesn't fit in this one. And I think changing it will be easier than fiddling with the table's coding.
Dammit! I like THIS layout... :(

I have last.fm, but I only use it for tracking what I've listened to. So I guess I'm not much help, sorry... Hope you'll figure it out though *fingers crossed*

I use Last.fm. I'm powerof3 (http://www.last.fm/user/powerof3) over there, obvs. The main problem I have with it is that it doesn't always scrobble what I'm listening to. That annoys me. Like, right now? I've got a two hour gap between the last song listened to and the current song, but I've been listening to music all night. Meh. I don't know.

I can't even listen to anything apart from the "radios". For everything else it requires paying, dammit! Or possibly I'm doing something wrong.

I use LastFM and I love it, but I have never really used it as a music player. I use it for my stats. :-) I don't know why, but I love seeing which songs I've listened to the most or which artist made it into my Top 10 this week. I'm all about the stats. :-)

I haven't really had much trouble when I have tried to play a song there occasionally, though. I'm sorry it's not working for you. :-(

I've read all the FAQs and apparently I had very naive expectations. I'm still not sure how it exactly works, but apparently the fact that the song is listed there, doesn't mean I can actually listen to it. Huh.
It looks like I won't have as much use for it as I hoped, but I'll gladly friend you =) I have the same username, as here, too.
