I've got a notification from my electricity provider, that I've missed a part of my payment - sometime in 2005...
Talk about slowly catching up!
And they're actually right - luckily I keep most of my bills for years, so I could check.

I always keep mine too - though it's a shame it's not them that owes you the money instead of the other way round =)

It's the first time it happened, thank God.
And on the other hand - after winter, I always get refund for the central heating, because I prefer my apartment not very hot. And it's usually about an amount of my monthly rent fee, so it's not that bad :)
