Few words about "Whispers"

1. Rodney giving John a once over.. *nods* Good. Every episode should start with something McShepy =)
2.Sheppard is surprised that it's a "girls only" team. WTF? He's a military frakking commander of the place. And what's with the high school reaction to seeing four women in one place? Especially since three of them are his direct subordinates.
3.The hand-thing between John and Carson? WTF part 2. Shep never, ever reacts like this to women. And neither it's something I can imagine Carson doing.
4.And now we have a little "Alien" moment... with the creature smelling Carson and finding out he's "one of them"... *shakes head*
5.Line of th episode: "Did you lose something" - "My C4." (with the timer already running, of course).
Well, this was boring. Too much sneaking and running around in darkness. Too little everything else. Predictable to the point of being ridiculous. And a total waste of Carson being there.
And could someone, please, explain to me, why suddenly Sheppard stops acting like a person in command and is asking for help everybody around? And not in a "Rodney, we're going to die if you won't disarm the bomb now" way, but "Help, I'm a little boy lost" way.
I'm not even going to comment on the women...
