Why I'm always so damn tired?
It's not like I'm working myself to ground. Not to mention I'm fresh after almost two weeks off work. I'm sleeping well enough; much better than a few months ago. No kids or any "immediate" family that needs my daily attention. No extensive social life (and that's an understatement, really).
And yet I can't remember last time I felt really rested.

I know how you feel! Doesn't matter how much sleep I get, it never seems to be enough!

*hugs hard* Check your diet. Make sure your not anemic, if your iron is low it will drag you down.

Probably a combination of things, one of which might be the time of year - when it's cold and crappy outside people go into a sort of hibernation mode and it's the time of year (apparently) when most people say they're feeling at their most tired/run-down/etc.

*hugs*

Maybe it's something with your health? I can't really remember what, but I've heard of this malfunction of something (a pancreas, maybe?) which can make you feel tired all the time with no particular reason, plus some other sympthoms.

I feel the same most of the time.... I just curled over and over during the vacations, making my days too short once I managed to wake up XD
