And I thought I was having a bad day! They couldn't catch a break could they? I agree with every single thing you said about John and Rodney. What impressed me so much about McKay was how quickly he moved from one disaster to another and kept the whining down to a minimum.
He dazzled me and then cracked me up when he had success for a moment and then something else happened and he'd say "that lasted for like what a second?"
I saw the whole thing coming between him and John about the nanites. Knew Rodney would do it and John would be pissed. I swear I thought John was going to cry when Keller told him about Liz.
I am a Ronon lover and I adored every scene of his; from the "just pull it out" scene with the glass to that touching scene with Liz.
I don't like Sam and the only thing I will say about her appearance on this episode --- she looks like she gained weight. :)
