Field trip

I've visited Levi's factory today.
It's our only customer that kind of refuses to acknowledge the fact that I'm not working in customer support anymore, and so I'm heavily involved in handling them.
I have to say I was pretty impressed. Piles after piles after piles of jeans, in various stages of production. The number of clothes they send out each month - it's mind boggling. It looks massive even if what they do know, is maybe half what they've produced just a couple of years ago. They even have zipper locks designed specifically for them :)

I'm tired. Four hours in a car and the road was difficult, what with frozen rain and heavy fog. But I'm glad I went. It's always easier to deal with someone, when you can put a face with a name.
